McAllen, Tx.- — Mercado District is excited to announce FoodieFest, a one-night food and drink celebration, bringing together food, live music, wine, beer and spirits and sponsored by L&F Distributors & LUCHI Wines. 

On October 16, 2025, guests will experience an evening of delicious culinary creativity, live entertainment, and community spirit. Mercado restaurants and cuisines will showcase their signature dish tastings for attendees to enjoy. Event Highlights:

VIP Experience at BLU Brasserie, Mercado’s new fine-dining destination, featuring elevated tastings by Chef William Vieza and a carefully crafted wine tasting by Blu Brasserie’s team of sommeliers.
