McALLEN, Texas — The RGV Hispanic Chamber is turning generosity into opportunity this month. Businesses that donate 20 canned goods to support the Food Bank of the Rio Grande Valley will receive a Small Business Membership at half price through the end of November.
A Small Business Membership is valued at $250 for 12 months and includes access to networking mixers, promotional opportunities, business workshops and trainings, committee participation, and regional business resources designed to support growth and visibility.
“In the Valley, we look out for one another,” said Cynthia Sakulenzki, president and CEO of the Rio Grande Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. “This effort reflects who we are — businesses and families working side by side to strengthen our community.”
All food donations will directly support the Food Bank RGV in feeding families across the region during the holiday season. Donations may be dropped off at 801 E. Fern Ave., Suite 131, McAllen, TX 78501, during regular business hours through Nov. 30.
